Items sourced from different sellers are often shipped separately to make sure that there is no delay in fulfillment of your order. Rest assured that you will get all your items within the delivery period mentioned on the product page of those items.
Delivery charges confirmed at the time of order placement are spread throughout your order. Can I change my shipping address after I have placed my order?

Unfortunately, your shipping details cannot be changed after your order has been placed.
However, you may cancel the order and re-order with right address.

No! Pakwin does not deliver orders outside Pakistan.

There are dozens of reasons behind a delivery delay. However, here are the most common ones you’ll likely encounter while in operation.
  • Bad weather.
  • Wrong/ Inaccurate Delivery Address.
  • No-Go Zones / Remote Locations.
  • Law & Order Situation / Road Blocks.
NOTE: As markets are being shut down due to COVID-19 situation in the country, and as our sellers operate from within the market, they might experience delays in meeting the delivery timelines. We apologize for the inconvenience and will ensure you receive your package as soon as possible.
Our delivery person may contact you to confirm your exact location or you might get the SMS notification once the order is shipped for delivery. However, you may also track your order through PakwinApp > Dashboard > Orders. Furthermore, if you missed the deliverywe’ll attempt to deliver your order again, the next working day. We will attempt 3 times for the delivery of your order before cancelling it. NOTE: As markets are being shut down due to COVID-19 situation in the country, and as our sellers operate from within the market, they might experience delays in meeting the delivery timelines. We apologize for the inconvenience and will ensure you receive your package as soon as possible.
In order to track your order you can Click on Dashboard > Orders.
Delivery timelines are estimated number of days for your product to be delivered at your doorstep. These timelines are based on business days and exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery timelines will be available under “Home Delivery” with shipping fee for that particular product in your selected location. For example: Its 3 – 6 days with Rs 99 as shipping fee in below mentioned screenshot: Note: There is a slight change in the delivery timeline due to Eid holidays. The new delivery timelines are updated on the product page. The delay can vary up to 6 days for the period of Eid.
If your order is not yet on its way to you, your order is eligible for cancellation, "Cancel Button" will indicate on your desired order that you wish to cancel.
  • Click on "My Account" and click on "My Orders" in the drop-down.
  • Once you see your order, click the "Cancel" Button & fill out the cancellation request form.
  • Choose the item(s) you need to cancel.
  • Make sure you read and agree with the cancellation policy.
  • Select your cancellation reason.
  • Click on "Submit".
If your order is already on its way to you or if you have already received your order, you will not be able to cancel the order but you may be able to return your product. Our Policy regarding cancellation of order
  1. Once you submit the form you agree to cancel the selected item(s) in your order. We will be unable to retrieve your order once it is cancelled.
  2. Once you confirm your item(s) cancellation, we will process your refund within 24 hours, provided the item(s) has not been handed over to the logistics partner yet. Please note that, if your item has already been handed over to the logistics partner we will be unable to proceed with your cancellation request and we will inform you accordingly.
  3. If you are cancelling your order partially, ie. not all the items in your order, then we will be unable to refund you the shipping fee.
  4. Once your item(s) has been successfully cancelled you will receive a notification from us with your refund summary.
